Kelsey Rozier is a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, and even though she grew up a Wolfpack fan, she now proudly represents the Tar Heels. She is pursuing a dual degree through the School of Journalism and Mass Communication and the Department of Communications Studies. Kelsey is also exploring her Puerto Rican heritage through a Hispanic Studies minor through the Romance Languages department. She hopes to use her expertise in public relations and international cultures from her travels to advocate for international non-profit organizations. Kelsey is currently planning her summer 2012 study abroad experience to a Spanish speaking country to help her become fluent in Spanish. She is a supervisor at the Student Recreation Center and works for the Marketing and Special Events Staff for UNC Campus Recreation. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and reading books by authors such as C.S. Lewis and Suzanne Collins. As a student ambassador for the UNC Business Essentials program, she hopes to gain business skills that will allow her to utilize her public relations specialties in relative fields.
