As a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I am very fortunate to be able to say that I have already accepted a job offer and that, upon graduation, I will be leaving North Carolina to begin a career in technical device sales. As excited as I was to be a participant in the UNC Business Essentials program, I was a bit apprehensive about the online learning aspect of it. Although the freedom of an online class sounds like heaven to most students, I have been told by friends numerous times that buckling down and forcing yourself to get through an online course is much more difficult than simply showing up to class each day.
