Amanda Conklin is a Global Studies major from Matthews, NC. She is currently a member of UNC’s United Nations Organization executive board and is an intern with the local chapter of the United Nations Association. She loves to travel and learn languages and has been to South Korea, China, and the U.K., She hopes one day to become a US Foreign Service officer and plans on using what she learns from Business Essentials about business operations and strategies to run a US embassy overseas.
