I decided to take the UNC Business Essentials course because I wanted to learn the basics of business before graduating. I had always wanted to take a class at the business school during my time at Carolina, but as I was already a double major with a minor, I could never find the time in my schedule. Whenever I am asked about the program and how it was beneficial to me I always tell people that it made me versatile. My interest are in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications so I have no knowledge about Economics and Finance but UNC Business Essentials broke down key concepts essential to those subjects.
