As Assistant Director, Tracy Triggs-Matthews oversees the CSE Career Coaching Program, co-creates the Sustainability Leadership Capstone course, manages the Sustainable Enterprise enrichment concentration and serves as an adviser to both the MBA and Undergraduate Net Impact Clubs. With a degree from UC Santa Barbara in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Natural Resources Management, Tracy’s career has taken her across the country from winemaking in Santa Barbara, to research and teaching in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, to designing programs and exhibits in Virginia to creating a comprehensive bio-diversity based environmental education program on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and finally, to fundraising and donor relations in Durham before joining CSE. She enjoys working with the MBA and undergraduate students and tries to live as sustainably as possible with her husband and two boys in Durham.
